C M Krishna

A Post Graduate in Economics from Agra University and Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, C M Krishna started his career in 1960, he worked in Steel, Fertilizers, Aeronautics and Electrical distribution manufacturing industries till 1998. His last two assignments were as Director (Personnel), Hindustan Aeronauticals Lts and as President (Personnel), Crompton Greaves Ltd.

Currently he is Hony Advisor, PHDCCI, Advisor, World Academy of Productivity Science(WAPS), Member Academic Council, EMPI Business School, Director - Shree Bhawani Paper Mills Lts. Member of Executive Council, Employees Federation of India (EFI), and member HRD specialists committee, ASSOCHAM.

He has represented Indian Employers on Ramanujam Committee, Committee for Sick Engineering Industries, many Bipartite and Tripartite committees constituted by Government of India and International Labour Organisation. He was also a member of SCOPE Governing Council.

He has traveled widely. His areas of specialisation are Organisation Structure, OD interventions including Organisational climate survey, Managing change in Organisations, Personal Growth Programmes, Career Planning, Performance Aprraisals, Total Quality Management, Kaizen, Small Group Activities, etc.
